Hagar was Sarai, (Abraham’s wife) Egyptian slave (Genesis 16:1) At the time Sarai was barren and could not have children. However God promised her that she and Abraham would have a son. Nevertheless she was too anxious to wait on God. So she told Abraham to use her servant Hagar to have a son for them and he did. Then Abraham called his name Ishmael. Hagar got prideful after having Abraham’s child so Sarai began to treat her harshly and Hagar ended up running away, but God met her in the wilderness and told her to return. Hagar is the first person in Scripture to name God (“El Roi” ~ The God Who Sees Me) she was from Egypt (Africa)

Zipporah: was the wife of Moses and the daughter of Jethro: she acted quickly to save Moses’ life by performing circumcision. (Exodus 4:25-26) Zipporah was a Midian is which is historically connected to African and Arabian trade routes; some ancient references link Midianites with Cushites. Pharaoh’s Daughter was Egyptian/African she adopted Moses and raised him as a prince of Egypt. Her compassion preserved the deliverer God would use to free Israel.

Keturah — became the wife of Abraham after Sarah died. They had 6 sons with Abraham Genesis 25:1–4. Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, IshbaIk, Shuah. Her children became nations connected to African regions.

Tamar (Genesis 38)  was a Canaanite woman and was also In the lineage of Jesus. Canaanite people were part of ancient Afro-Asiatic populations. They had African genetic and cultural influence.
